NATHALIE BITTAR
Psychotherapist & Group Facilitator
Rooted by the River Nile in Sudan and shaped by her Middle Eastern heritage, Nathalie’s journey has been one of movement, exploration, and deep listening. Her nomadic path has taken her across continents, where she has immersed herself in a wide range of healing traditions. Drawing from Eastern and Western psychology, mindfulness and somatic practices along with the ancestral wisdom of North African and Middle Eastern cultures, she weaves these threads into a practice that helps us reconnect with our inner truths, cultural richness, and embodied sense of self. Her work offers a grounded and culturally attuned approach to healing—one that invites a return to belonging, presence, and flow.
